If you’ve got the winter blues, hug a warm puppy (Taken with instagram)

My grandmother, Shirley Dawn Heil (6/16/24-11/20/2011) and me at my brother’s wedding in 2007. My grandparents moved from Ohio to Georgia shortly after my birth to be closer to my family and to be in warmer weather. My grandparents moved into a house less than 2 miles from mine. I saw my grandparents at least once a week. Needless to say we were very close and they played an important role in my life. My grandmother meant a lot to me and she meant a lot to all the people she touched. I will miss her dearly for the rest of my life but am happy she is reunited with my grandfather. Rest in eternal peace, Grandma.
